Terms of Service

Scope

Every project is defined by a written proposal covering pages, features, integrations, revision limits, timeline assumptions and the support period. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately.

Pricing and payments

Published prices are starting prices; the final quote reflects actual scope. Smaller projects are typically 50% advance and 50% before launch or handover. Larger projects and custom applications follow milestone-based payments set out in the proposal.

Tax treatment is stated on each invoice or proposal.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide business content, images, access credentials and timely feedback. Timelines assume content readiness and prompt approvals.

Ownership

Domains and hosting are registered in the client's name. On final payment, the client owns the delivered website and code. UltraWebX may reference the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

SEO and results

UltraWebX does not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue. SEO services are delivered as defined monthly work with transparent reporting.

Support

Each build includes a defined post-launch support period. Ongoing maintenance is available through optional care plans with stated edit allowances.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
