The advance confirms your slot and covers discovery, planning and initial design work. If you cancel before any design or development work has started, the advance is refundable minus any third-party costs already paid (for example domains, themes or licences).
Once design or development has begun, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date is handed over on settlement of the amount due for that work.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for a month already started are not refunded.
Domain registrations, hosting, paid plugins, API credits and similar third-party purchases follow the provider's own refund terms.
